Server Management Services

Both of our Essential and Empowered server management services include 24x7 proactive server monitoring. We will monitor all common ports as well as custom ports of your choosing for connectivity and intervene within 15 minutes in the event an outage is detected.

Depending on your server management requirements, our managed plans range from $39.99 per month to $129 per server per month.

Our full server management services in the Empowered plan includes unlimited support requests. We will provide server support for any of our supported applications and Operating Systems. We will perform routine maintenance and system updates on the server, as well as auditing for security issues. More details can be found here.

We do not currently support Windows Server by default in any of our server management plans. We support CentOS, Fedora, RedHat, and Debian by default. Please contact us if you are looking for Windows Server management options.

You cannot order a server management plan for a server hosted by a third party. However, the advantages of ordering a managed server from us is that you will keep your server hosting and management in one place. With a ServerMania hosted server, we have direct access to intervene on any hardware failures without having to rely on a third-party.
